Campus Event Submission Form

The online Events Calendar includes events sponsored by campus departments and organizations, and events held on campus. All submissions are subject to review and approval before posting.

Student organization event listings should be submitted to the Student Affairs Event Calendar and/or The Spartan Daily SpartaGuide.

Submit your event at least one week prior to its start. Late submissions may not be posted. You may be contacted if further information is needed. Not all events will be added to the SJSU Online Calendar of Events. For information about your event submission, please contact the Office of Public Affairs.
