  1. Order textbooks and course readers early.
  2. Learn how to make materials accessible.
  3. Provide syllabi in electronic format and include a statement for disabled students
  4. Post documents in electronic form using MS Styles and PDF formatting
  5. Use captioned videos
  6. Post instructional materials online whenever possible
  7. Make sure pictures, tables and graphics are in accessible electric format (using Alt text)
