Cesar E. Chavez Community Action Center
Established by Associated Students in July 2005, the Cesar E. Chavez Community Action Center (CCCAC) at San Jose State University provides a platform that encourages and supports civic engagement and advocacy with hopes of contributing to a more just society and producing the next generation of philanthropist and social justice practitioners.

The Educational Opportunity Program is designed to improve student academic support of first-generation, low-income and educationally disadvantaged students. The program provides admission, academic, and financial assistance to EOP-eligible undergraduate students considered California residents or AB540 students.

SJSU's PRIDE Center supports LGBTIQQA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, Ally) students of San José State University. Through dynamic programming and educational outreach, the PRIDE Center seeks to improve the campus climate for LGBTIQQA students and advocates for the respect and safety of all members of the campus community.

The UndocuSpartan Student Resource Center is the main resource center for undocumented SJSU students. The UndocuSpartan Student Resource Center provides information regarding undocumented status, including but limited to, the California Dream Act, establishing California residency, legal information and support.
