Biography

I am a Student Success Analyst in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Analytics. I joined San José State University in January of 2022. Previously I was a Research Analyst for Pitzer College since 2020. I earned my BA degree from California State University, Fullerton in Psychology (2017), as well as my MA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton (2019). 

My expertise is in the area of analyzing and reporting data. Specifically, student data related to their success within their academic arc (e.g., retention, graduation). I support student success at SJSU by analyzing and reporting accurate data to assist the university in making evidence-based decisions that will be impactful to students. The majority of my professional career has been spent maintaining, querying, and analyzing datasets through various programs (e.g., SQL, R, SPSS).

During my free time I like to enjoy the outdoors whether it's through camping or hiking.
