Food & Culture Blog Series
ISSS has partnered with Prof. Jamie Kubota and her students in the Nutrition, Food Science & Packaging program to bring you a series of Food & Culture blog posts.
- St. Patrick's Day with recipes for Irish Soda Bread and Colcannon (mashed potatoes & cabbage).
- Dumpings from Around the World with recipes for chicken & dumplings, empanadas, pierogies, samosas. Yum!
- Cinco de Mayo history in Mexico & the U.S. along with an introduction of popular Cindo de Mayo foods in Mexico.
