Robert Ashton has been named the new vice president for the Division of University Advancement, which includes alumni affairs, communications/public affairs and fundraising. Ashton, who previously held the same post with the State University of New York, Albany, has an extensive background in fundraising and journalism.

Dr. Steven L. Harris has been named director of the Student Health Center in the Division of Student Affairs. Harris brings 26 years of clinical experience in both the private and public sections, including 12 years of administrative experience in public health and managed health care.
