Hollywood cinematographer Hiro Narita will be helping with the student film "Generic Thriller," a production of the SJSU Foundation's South Bay Film Studios project. Mr. Narita, hired as a lecturer for the summer, will mentor the SJSU students working on the film. Among Mr. Narita's credits are "Honey I Shrunk the Kids," "The Rocketeer," "Hocus Pocus," "Star Trek VI," and "Never Cry Wolf" (directed by Carroll Ballad from the novel by Farley Mowat).
