On Saturday, Aug. 5, from 10 a.m. to noon, West Coast Live!, the San Francisco-based public radio program, will be on location at SJSU for a live broadcast from the Music Concert Hall. Todd Fouyer, technical services manager for the Student Union, and Larry Wendt, equipment technician for the School of Music and Dance, have coordinated all the necessary logistics for broadcast of the program. Nearly all the featured guests for the program are involved with the ZeroOne San Jos?? media arts festival, which opens on Monday, Aug. 7. Host Sedge Thomson will interview festival director Steve Dietz, as well as ZeroOne artists and musicians, including SPECFLIC's Adriene Jenik, the UC San Diego professor whose interactive film on the future of libraries will be projected onto the exterior walls of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library the evening of Wednesday, August 9.
