The Campus Dialogue on what it means to be an educated person continues this year and is open to the entire SJSU community, announces Annette Nellen, professor of College of Business graduate tax program. Says Nellen, "Whether online or face-to-face, the dialogue serves as a forum for discussing new thinking in higher education and SJSU's continued work on integrated learning. The goal is to help students become intentional learners who are better able to succeed in the 21st society." The first brown bag forum is this Thursday, Sept. 14, from noon to 1 p.m. in IRC 101. The topic of discussion is on quantitative literacy with a presentation by professors Brad Jackson and Mike Pogodzinski. More information.
