SJSU is one of 87 institutions selected to participate in a prestigious leadership program at the Carnegie Academy for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Stanford. All participants will meet for the first time on November 8 in Washington, D.C., and have "developed and implemented innovative strategies to strengthen teaching and improve student learning." SJSU will be represented by Professor of Health Science and Director of the Center for Student Learning Debra David, Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies Gail Evans, Associate Vice President for Academic Technology Mary Jo Gorney-Moreno, Accounting and Finance Professor Annette Nellen, and Associate Vice President for Student Services Eloise Stiglitz.
