The SJSU Writing Center is now open for business in Clark 126. In operation for less than a month, the center is already seeing up to 70 students weekly. Director Linda Mitchell and 11 writing specialists offer tutorials and workshops for all students and faculty members. The specialists are upper-division or graduate-level students from each of SJSU's seven colleges. All have met rigorous academic standards. The writing center is part of the Academic Success Center.
