Khaled Hosseini, author of the number one bestselling novel "The Kite Runner," will visit SJSU this week as a guest of the Student Union and the Center for Literary Arts. "The Kite Runner," the Campus Reading Program's selection for the year, tells a captivating story that takes place in Afghanistan, Pakistan and our own South Bay. The story's narrator attends SJSU. Hosseini, a physician, lives and works in San Jos??. On Wednesday, March 7, he will offer a reading and book signing, an event that is part of the Margaret and Jim Jimenez Lecture Series. On Thursday, March 8, Hosseini will appear in conversation with Mitch Berman, director of the Center for Literary Arts, and will take questions and sign books afterward.
