In celebration of Earth Day, which was founded by SJSU alumnus Gaylord Nelson, the Department of Environmental Studies has teamed with Associated Students to develop a week of activities on global sustainability. A tree will be planted in Nelson':s memory at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, between Washington Square and Yoshiro Uchida halls. More.
