Two outside organizations have confirmed what faculty and students already know -- SJSU's one-year-old Academic Success Center in Clark Hall is one cool place to get down to work. Campus Technology magazine gave SJSU its 2007 Campus Innovators Award and Herman Miller added the project to its prestigious case study library. The magazine's judges were wowed by the center's incubator classroom, a super high-tech space that "allows faculty to work on instructional innovations and measure their effectiveness."
