On Wednesday, May 14, the California State University Board of Trustees will consider an undergraduate student fee increase of $276 for the 2008-2009 academic year. The increase, which represents $110 million in revenue, was postponed while the CSU worked collaboratively with faculty, staff and students to hold, on all 23 CSU campuses, budget forums and demonstrations reminding legislators and the governor of the importance of state investment in public higher education.
