Please join President Jon Whitmore for an open forum on the budget from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, February 5, in the University Theatre in Hugh Gillis Hall. The president will discuss what is happening at the CSU level and planning underway at San José State.
On Wednesday, January 21, California State University Chancellor Charles B. Reed wrote to all CSU presidents, "In light of what is taking place with the economy and the state budget, it is important to report on the news that we anticipate will unfold quickly in the coming weeks and to keep you and all of our employees updated with timely and relevant information as it relates to the CSU. Toward this end, Garrett Ashley, CSU Vice Chancellor for University Relations and Advancement, will be sending you a communication regularly intended to be shared with all campus employees."
