The second of two candidates for provost and vice president of academic affairs will visit campus this week. Dr. Zulma R. Toro-Ramos, dean, College of Engineering, Wichita State University, will appear at a forum open to all faculty, staff and students at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 3, in Engineering 189. Read more.

The University Police Department will conduct an evacuation drill of all structures on the main campus at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 10. Alarms will sound, indicating that all faculty, staff, students, Campus Village residents and King Library patrons should leave immediately through the nearest exit and meet outside at the appropriate building assembly point. Building coordinators (employees trained to assist during an emergency) will provide guidance to the disabled.
