Three finalists in the competition to design a Climate Clock for downtown San José will present their plans at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 27, at 152 N. Third St . The clock will incorporate Silicon Valley 's measurement, data management and communications technologies into a significant art work to help people understand and act on climate change. The event is sponsored by ZER01: The Art and Technology Network, which produces a biennial tech-related art festival that debuted in 2006 with SJSU support, and returns in September 2010.
