The spring semester gets underway on Thursday, Jan. 29. The University Police Department is once again offering free parking at the South Campus Park and Ride Lot, at Seventh and Humboldt streets, for the first week of the semester, continuing through Thursday, Feb. 5. Faculty and staff may enter the Seventh Street Garage through the back ramp located on San Salvador Street, from 7 to 10 a.m., through Friday, Feb. 6. Parking permits are available for purchase online at www.sjsu.edu/parking/index.html
