According to University Library Dean Patricia Breivik, the King Library has initiated a pilot study for extended student study hours during spring semester finals, beginning Wednesday, May 19, through Tuesday, May 25. The entire library building will be open during the extended hours. Students will need a valid Tower card to enter the building. The library will not be able to staff service desks, such as circulation and reference, during the extended hours. Breivik says that the decision was made in response to student requests.
