Last week, the California State University Board of Trustees deferred action on a proposed long-term student fee policy until its October 28 budget meeting. The policy calls for annual adjustments of resident student fees until they reach one-third of the cost of students’ education. See http://www.calstate.edu/CSULeader/2004/040916.htm.
