CSI/FORENSIC SCIENCE SUMMER DAY CAMPS
SESSION I: June 13-17, Sebastopol
SESSION II: TBD
In this camp, students (investigators) will learn how to apply the scientific method, logic, and critical thinking to answer questions about physical evidence and reconstruct crime scenes. Topics will include fingerprints, DNA, blood, bones, shoe prints, and crime scene processing. No background or aptitude in science is needed... just curiosity!

Bio
Mary Juno earned her MSc in Forensic Science from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, a BA in Biological Anthropology from San Francisco State University, and an AS in Forensic Technology from Grossmont College. Juno worked crime scenes with the Oakland Police Department for several years, and began teaching criminal justice and forensic science courses at SJSU in 2006. Juno also teaches at San Francisco State University and City College of San Francisco.
