San Jose State University and the Chancellor’s Office are looking forward to seeing you all in May for our systemwide meeting.

- $140 for 3 day attendance
- $120 for 2 day attendance
Accommodations
Room blocks have been set aside at the following hotels. When contacting the hotel, mention you are with the San Jose State University (SJSU) event on May 8 through May 10.

Parking Permits
You can purchase virtual single day guest permits through our ParkMobile App or visit our Parking Services/ Guest Parking website for more information. There are also self-service permit pay stations at our garages should you wait until the day of to purchase your parking permit.
Please note: SJSU Parking Services will honor other CSU campus parking permits as well as permits used at the CSU Chancellor’s Office as part of a reciprocity agreement. If you have a physical permit, please bring it with you and make sure it's displayed and easily visible when you park.
CSU campus employees who have a virtual employee parking permit with their campus or will be driving a rental vehicle will need to contact SJSU Parking Services Office via email at parking@sjsu.edu so they can issue a courtesy virtual parking permit to you for the event. A courtesy permit can only be issued for other CSU campus employees who have a valid employee parking permit with their campus.
Parking Garage
We highly suggest you park in our North Parking Garage off 10th St and San Fernando St as it is the closest garage to the location of the meeting. When using GPS to drive to our campus, please use 65 S.10th St, San Jose, CA 95112 which will take you directly to our North Parking Garage. You can park anywhere on the 3rd floor and above.
For those who plan to Uber to our campus from your hotels, you can use 60 S. 9th St, San Jose, Ca 95112 which will take you to our Student Services Center. From there you can walk over to the Student Union. **if you GPS only "San Jose State University" it will physically take you to the opposite side of campus
The map with directions from the North Parking Garage/Student Services Center to our Diaz Compean Student Union is provided (less than a 10 minute walk). We will have signage visible as well to help guide you to the Student Union.
Welcome Social on South Campus: Monday, May 8
Please join us Monday, May 8 in the evening from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm for our Welcome Social at South Campus where our Intercollegiate Athletic facilities are located. Our event social will take place in our University Gold Room (which isn't gold anymore) in our Simpkins Stadium Center where we will serve light food, cocktails and a relaxed vibe for you all after an entire day of meeting.
South Campus is only a 5-10 minute drive from main campus. Please GPS 1251 South 7th Street San Jose, CA 95112 and park in our large “Park and Ride Lot” across the street from the Gold Room and CEFCU Stadium. Your parking permits will be valid in our Park and Ride lot. We will have signs and student assistants there to greet you.

Each meeting can accommodate two representatives per campus (e.g. 2 for SUR, 2 for DAR, etc.)
All the meetings will be in Student Union (SU) meeting rooms. See SJSU Campus map to find SU.

Where is San Jose?
One of the largest cities in the U.S., San Jose is the heart of Silicon Valley. If the city’s world-class arts, cuisine, sports and industry aren’t enough to keep you busy, consider a short drive to one of several famed Northern California destinations. Coastal redwood forests, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and San Francisco are all about an hour away.
Transportation from/ to San Jose International airport
The nearest airport to San Jose State University is San Jose (SJC) Airport which is 3.5 miles away. Transportation can be easily arranged via Uber, Lyft, or car rental with several offering pick up locations at the airport. Additional information may be found at San Jose Airport website.
