We apologize for the error.

Please note, instructions have been updated in the Testing Steps and Requirements section of this email. You will be asked to enter your insurance information in order to be tested; there will be no out of pocket cost to you.
Beginning today, Tuesday, January 18, in addition to our regular mandated testing program, San José State University will provide free COVID-19 on-campus testing for vaccinated SJSU staff and faculty as well as auxiliary employees and those in volunteer or other unpaid appointments. This will hopefully provide more testing opportunities for employees over the next few weeks given the current high demand.

Please note, individuals participating in this program must have a completed vaccination attestation on file in SJSU @ Work. (It is not yet required to have the booster shot to participate in this voluntary testing program.) Those who have attested that they are not accessing campus may not participate at this time. Those with approved exemptions will continue to test through the mandatory testing program.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 you should not come to campus and should not participate in this testing. Contact our Leaves Unit for appropriate guidance and direction for next steps at 924-2155, 924-2148), or 924-2243.
