Monthly challenge – Enjoying more of the outdoors

The Air 1,000 challenge invites you to exercise outside for 1,000 minutes during the month of July! That’s an average of 32 minutes a day. You can do any exercise you want as long as you do it outdoors.

Take a walk, jump in the pool, mow your lawn or work in your garden. Exercising outdoors can increase your energy level and help you feel rejuvenated. Nature has a calming effect, in fact spending a few minutes outside clears your head and helps you think better. So get out there and enjoy the fresh air this summer!
