  • Your SJSUOne username and password is set up when you become an employee of the CSU.  SJSUOne is a service maintained by Information Technology.  Go to the SJSUOne page for more information.
• I'm being prompted for a Duo authentication.  What is that?
  • Duo is a method of authentication that uses both something you know like your username and password and something else you have like a cell phone or key fob that generates a code you can enter.  Please see the Duo page for more information
