For career placement, our Department has developed a strong partnership with the career center. The SJSU career center is a place where the community looks for employees/interns in addition to the place where students can look for internships and jobs. The SJSU Career Center is a web-based resource, completely searchable and designed to make it easy for students to find and make connections with community employers. The career center also has numerous workshops and materials related to both internships and jobs.
The Jack Holland Student Success Center provides resources, tools and insights to assist and prepare students for lifelong success. Check out our Blueprint for Career Success [pdf] [pdf] for information about academic and personal growth, career exploration & preparation, exposure to industries and profesionalism.
Undergraduate students can receive virtual assistance with their resume, interviewing skills, exploring careers, job search strategies, and more in a 30 min appointment. Please visit our career resources page to learn more
