How We Can Help You
Our Case Managers are here to provide personalized support tailored to your needs. Here's what we offer:

1. One-on-One Consultations

  • What We Do: Meet with a compassionate Case Manager who will listen to your concerns and work with you to develop a personalized action plan.
  • Get Started: Schedule an appointment with us to discuss any challenges you might be facing and how we can help.

2. Financial Assistance

  • Overcoming Financial Barriers: Struggling to make ends meet? We offer guidance on accessing financial resources such as emergency funds, scholarships, and budgeting assistance.
  • How It Works: Your Case Manager will help you explore all available options to ensure you have the support you need.

3. Housing Support

  • Find a Safe Place to Stay: If you’re experiencing housing instability, we can help you find temporary or permanent solutions.
  • Our Approach: We connect you with housing resources on and off-campus to ensure you have a safe and stable living environment.

4. Access to Food Resources

  • Stay Nourished: No student should go hungry. Our team connects you with on-campus food programs and community resources to ensure you have access to nutritious meals.
  • What’s Available: Learn about the Spartan Food Pantry, CalFresh, and other local programs that can provide you with the food support you need.

5. Emotional and Mental Health

  • Your Well-Being Matters: We care about your mental health. Our Case Managers can guide you to counseling services and wellness programs that support your emotional well-being.
  • Steps to Take: Discover how to access campus counseling and workshops designed to enhance your mental health and resilience.
