We invite all those who share the same passion of inspiring and supporting the next generation of women innovators to join us.  Working together, we will help women engineering students, who account for less than 20% of the engineering student population, realize their full potential. Successful women students will in turn become role models for younger students.  As more women join the engineering and technology enterprise, our society would be better positioned to create and use technology for the benefit of all.
