Student Resources
The Office of Student and Faculty Success has compiled a complete list of resources on campus for everything from physical/mental health, financial aid and scholarships, community involvement, career planning, Pride, academic support, accessability, food and housing insecurity, and much more.
There are countless other resources both locally and nationally that are available to you. If you know of important resources which could benefit our community, please drop us a line: afam-studies@sjsu.edu

This service ensures that every Spartan has access to the high-quality food necessary to maintain their health and stay focused on their academic goals. - Black Leadership and Opportunity Center (BLOC)
Through our programs and events, we celebrate and center Black communities from all across the diaspora while empowering all Spartans to learn, belong, and succeed together. As Spartans, we create community by cultivating welcoming spaces that champion student success. We serve all students equitably and inclusively and foster an environment rooted in respect, collaboration, and trust. - Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)
The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is designed to improve student academic support of first-generation, limited-income, and educationally disadvantaged students. The program provides admission, academic, and financial assistance to EOP-eligible undergraduate students considered California residents or AB540 students. - TRiO (SSS/ASPIRE) Program
Since 1977, the TRIO (SSS/ASPIRE) Program has been helping first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities with class scheduling, major/career exploration, academic advising and financial aid assistance.
