Keynote Speaker: Celebrity Chef Martin Yan

Chef Martin Yan is a highly respected hospitality consultant and culinary ambassador and host of the TV series Yan Can Cook since 1978. He is a James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient and Asian American Pacific Islanders Heritage Award Recipient. Yan has authored more than 30+ titles and has hosted more than 3,000 cooking shows around the world.
