1. List of my classes you have taken, semester you took each class, and grade you earned in each class.
2. List any projects you performed under my supervision, the semester each project was performed, and the grade you earned for each project (if applicable).
3. List any responsibilities you had under my supervision (ex. lab assistant for AE162 in Spring 2000, grader for AE164 in Fall 1999, SGT Secretary in AY 04-05, etc)
4. Current resume
