Change of Major

If you are interested in changing your major to any of the following programs, Chemical or Materials Engineering. Please download and complete the list of forms below.

• Change of Major Form. (Please note there are 2 different forms. One for Under 90 units and one for Over 90 units)

Once you have completed the forms, please bring them to your advisor. 

Change of Major to Chemical Engineering

Advisor - Melanie McNeil

You will be required by COE Policy to complete a study plan with a minimum GPA of 2.6 and with not lower than a C in any one of the courses taken.

Change of Major to Materials Engineering

Advisor - Dr. Ozgur Keles

You will be required by COE Policy to complete a study plan with a minimum GPA of 2.6 and with not lower than a C in any one of the courses taken.
