Transition and Retention Services
Transition and Retention Services in Student Affairs oversees a variety of initiatives and units, including the Educational Opportunity Program, the African American/Black Student Success Center, the Chicanx/Latinx Student Success Center, the UndocuSpartan Resource Center and others that are engaged in supporting students and faculty.
Advising Hub
The Advising Hub is an online space that provides students, faculty and staff with information on advising resources across the university.
CSU Student Success Dashboard
The CSU Student Success Dashboard allows users who login with the SJSUOne account to see a snapshot of SJSU's progress toward Graduation Initiative 2025 goals, and to view graduation/retnetion rate data via infographics drilled down to majors.
Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics provides data and analysis of university demographics, surveys such as the National Survey of Student Engagement, the Campus Climate Survey, and graduation and retention rates.
Mentoring Hub
The Mentoring Hub is an online space that provides students, faculty and staff with information on mentoring resources across the university.
MyGPS: Graduation Pathway to Success
MyGPS is a suite of online tools to help students select their courses for the upcoming semester while also planning out their path to a four-year degree for freshmen or a two-year path for transfer students.
