Tutoring for Multiple Subjects

Peer Connections

Location: Student Services Center 600

We offer tutoring in writing and more than 130 courses in a variety of subjects. Thirty-minute and one hour appointments are available in SSC 600 and the Spartan Study Hub in CVB. Drop-in tutoring is available in our Clark Hall location (1st floor, across from EOP).

Late Night Tutoring in the Library

Location: 2nd floor of King Library

Drop in to the Library for Late Night Tutoring! Current subjects offered are chemistry and math, but more will be announced soon.

Writing and Communication

The Writing Center

Location: Clark Hall 126 and the 2nd Floor of King Library

We offer drop-in and appointment-based tutoring for all types of writing to all students. We also offer numerous workshops each semester in addition to online resources.

Communication Center

Location: Hugh Gillis Hall 229

We offer drop-in and appointment-based tutoring for speeches, essays, and presentations to all students.

Technology

Student Technology Training Center

Location: King Library, 4th floor

We offer software training classes, such as SPSS and MS Office, and drop-in technology support.

ACCESS Student Center

Location: Clark Hall 240

We offer drop-in tutoring in writing and statistics for majors in the College of Social Sciences.

Aerospace Engineering

Location: N/A, email tutors directly to arrange an appointment location.

Directly contact tutors via email for help with specific courses or general AE advice.

CHaHS Student Success Center

Location: Health Building 140

We offer drop-in tutoring services for CHaHS majors enrolled in: CHEM 30A, BIOL 65, BIOL 66, STAT 95, and HS 67; as well as provide tutoring assistance in writing to both undergraduate and graduate students declared in a CHaHS major.

College of Science Advising Center (COSAC)

Location: Duncan Hall 213

We offer drop-in and appointment-based tutoring for a variety of specific Science and Math and Computer Science courses.

Computer Science Study Lab

Location: MacQuarrie Hall 226

We offer drop-in tutoring for a variety of specific Computer Science and Software Engineering courses, as well as general CS/SE help, mentoring, and networking.
