Located in Silicon Valley, the Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering has a unique advantage in its ability to provide students access to myriad opportunities to engage directly with industry and the community throughout their education. We aim to facilitate strong Silicon Valley industry, alumni and community partnerships and alliances that allow incoming and existing students and faculty to actively engage in opportunities to further learning, professional preparedness, and research and development.
Career Center
The Career Center provides undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni members, with the resources and tools for career success. The center provides educational tools to start career exploration, build your resume, develop interviewing skills, and learn strategies to connect with employers successfully. They also host job and internship fairs, as well as on-campus recruiting sessions with partner employers. Check SJSU Handshake for career education workshops and employer events.
Kelly Masegian serves as the Career Center Liaison to the College of Engineering and provides services to undergraduate students.
Carrie McKnight serves as the graduate student career counselor.
Both Kelly (undergraduate students) and Carrie (graduate students) provide career counseling by appointment.
