The office will be closed      9am-5pm during the following dates for Freshmen Orientation.

New Incoming Fall 2024 Transfer Student

Any student who was not able to attend a workshop we highly recommend watching this video that will review what was talked about in the workshops.   For any questions about major related courses please reach out to your major department for assistance.

Summer 2024 Appointments Available for Continuing Freshman & Sophomores

H&A Advisors are available to assist you with the following services:

• University Academic Notice
• Disqualification/Reinstatement
• University Policies & Procedures

For questions about major related courses please reach out to your Major advisor.

For current SJSU students only, new Fall 2024 students will receive advising at orientation. 

Summer 2024 Advising for Continuing Juniors & Seniors

All Junior and Senior students requesting an appointment can submit their questions here. An advisor will review and determine is an appoitment is needed.
