When can I register for the next term?
The Office of the Registrar shares when a term's Enrollment Appointment and Class Schedule are viewable to students through the SJSU Academic Calendar.
What is an enrollment appointment?
An enrollment appointment is the date and time that you are eligible to register for courses for the following term. Your enrollment appointment is the period in which you can add, drop, and swap courses for the following term via MySJSU. These appointments are assigned by the Office of the Registrar for matriculated students.
As a College of Science student, how do I get in touch with an advisor to complete major advising?
College of Science students will follow the College of Science Advising Model to determine their point of contact for major and/or GE advising.
CoS-SSC cannot lift College of Science Advising Holds for any student who does not intend to change majors.

Drop-In Advising is hosted in the morning from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM DH 212
- April 8-April 12
- April 15-April 19
May 06, 2024 Drop In Advising returns to 9:00 AM-12:00 and 1:00 PM-4:00 PM.
