eCampus instructional designers are available to meet online with you to answer questions regarding both the design and development of your online course. They can assist you with getting things set up, provide templates, and share examples. Reach out to an instructional designer to schedule an online consultation.
Instructional Technology Support

For help thinking through policy interpretations, grading and fairness, implications for RTP, and any other issues you, and your department chair/director would like to discuss, please reach out to Deanna Fassett and the Center for Faculty Development team.
Technical support is available for students, faculty, and staff. For issues that you encounter in Canvas, please click on the word Help on the lower left corner of the screen. Then select, Report a Problem. Enter the necessary information and click Submit. You will receive a response back promptly from support personnel. For issues with other software, please submit an iSupport ticket with eCampus. Tickets are responded to in the order that we receive it and we do our best to handle each iSupport ticket as quickly as possible. Be sure to include specific information such as: Course and course number of the class(es) you are enrolled in, Contact phone number, and Tower Card number.
