If you need last-minute writing support from trained tutors, the Writing Center is providing ​an extended​, online Open Lab on the weekend before finals​. We anticipate high demand for the weekend Open Lab.

How to Join Open Lab Drop-Ins

1. Log in to your SJSU Zoom account via https://one.sjsu.edu/
2. Click on the Zoom link, https://sjsu.zoom.us/j/85061591113, to join the drop-in when we are open.
3. As soon as a tutor becomes available, you will join them in the Zoom breakout room.

Sample Questions

Our tutors support all types of writing, including research papers, literature reviews, essays, etc. We also help with the different stages of writing, such as drafting and revising, and we are here to answer your grammar, content, organization, and formatting questions.

"Is my thesis statement okay?" (if it's already drafted)
