Scholarships
There are multiple scholarships available for Aviation and Engineering Technology majors! The number we're offering and the award amounts increase each year.
If you have any questions about these scholarships, criteria can be found on the SJSU Scholarship website. Requirements for these scholarships may vary by department. The scholarship applications will be reviewed by a scholarship committee who will make the final decision about awards by the second week of either November or April.
To apply for the scholarship, please follow the steps below:
- Visit SJSU Scholarship website.
- Click on the blue button "Apply for SJSU Spartan Scholarships".
- Login using your SJSU ID and password.
- Fill out the general application questions.
- After submitting the general application questions, you will see your scholarship options, including Aviation and Technology Department Scholarship.
- Click on the scholarship name to learn more about the eligibility requirements and application instructions.
- Complete and submit the scholarship application before the deadline.
Late applications will not be considered, so please make sure to submit your application
on time.

at the bottom of the page. If a scholarship indicates financial need, the student
must be eligible for financial aid and must complete and submit a FAFSA with SJSU Financial Aid and Scholarship Office.
