June 27, 2024
On June 18, 2024, President Biden announced two immigration actions that will create a clear pathway to permanent residency for qualifying spouses and children of U.S. citizens, and provide potential employment-based options for eligible DACA holders. As of now, there are very few details about the new changes, and applications cannot be submitted yet. Individuals are advised to consult with a licensed immigration attorney for personalized advice.
