To make it easy, we’ve created a simple SJSU Email Signature Generator that lets you create an official signature in just a few clicks.

How to Use the Signature Generator
- Pick a Logo: Choose Spirit Mark, University Seal, or Rankings Banner.
- Fill In Your Details: Name, Title, Division, Department, etc.
- Add Links & Social (Optional):
- Up to two custom links
- Check boxes for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X
- Copy and Paste into Gmail:
- Highlight your signature , hit "Ctrl+C / Cmd+C" or click "Copy to clipboard" button.
- Open Gmail settings (gear icon → “See all settings” → “General” → “Signature”).
- Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the signature field.
- Remove "_" between social media icons if its copied over.
- Set the new Signature for new emails and reply/forward.
- Scroll down to Save Changes—you’re done!
