New Procedure for Appointments

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is now using the Student Patient Portal.  After scheduling an appointment with CAPS, students will receive email notifications regarding their appointments from CAPS labeled "Student Portal Info" a day before the appoinment with information on how to access paperwork and/or meeting link.

IMPORTANT: CAPS provides services through telehealth with limited in-person services. 

For Telehealth appointments, Students must log into the Student Patient Portal and check in to initiate the appointment.

Please check in 30 minutes before your appointment on the portal and complete any necessary forms before you start your Zoom appointment.
