Application Procedure
Applications must be completed online at Cal State Apply. The deadlines to submit your application for the fall and spring semesters are announced every year.

Applying to the Graduate Program
Anyone with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field who wishes to study towards an MS degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) at San José State University may apply for admission.
A student who was previously admitted to the Master’s degree program at San José State University but was not enrolled in any course at SJSU for one or more semesters must file a withdrawal form during the semester of absence. They must then file an Application for Admissions to be readmitted to the program. (Summer semester does not count as a semester of absence.)
