Trupti Kawli is a Scientist at Karius. Karius is an early stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel solutions for infectious disease diagnosis. Prior to joining Karius, Trupti worked in the Genetics Department at Stanford University. As a postdoctoral fellow, she studied the genetic mechanisms underlying neuro-immune regulation of host pathogen interactions in the model host C. elegans in the laboratory of Man-Wah Tan. After finishing her postdoctoral work, she joined Mike Snyder’s laboratory where she worked on the modENCODE and ENCODE projects.
