Lluvia graduated from SJSU in the Spring of 2019 with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Applied Computing for Behavioral and Social Sciences. She is currently a Clinical Research Coordinator at Stanford's Systems Neuroscience and Pain Lab (SNAPL), investigating the efficacy of a behavioral class for reducing opioid use among chronic pain patients. In this role, she began by creating manuals and learning the logistics of operating a multi-site study for an NIH grant. She has since become more involved with managing, monitoring, and analyzing data for participant recruitment. In her spare time, she is pursuing Yoga Teacher Training via YogaX at Stanford Psychiatry, which aims to integrate therapeutic yoga in the healthcare system and larger community. She plans to pursue a career path that involves applying her research skills and connecting people to resources.
