Human Factors and User Experience Researcher
Ben is currently a human factors researcher on the Devices and Services UX team at Google. He most recently helped launch the Google Pixel Buds. In past lives he worked on Google Glass, Samsung's foldable phone, and various other mobile centric products. When he's not researching people and their products, he's usually commuting, hiking, or playing ultimate frisbee.
