Your graduation packet should contain the following:
- Graduation Application Checklist [pdf]
- Major Form (Form must be typed!)
- Application for Graduation [pdf]
- For those graduating in Spring 2020, graduation applications will be online
- General Education Checklist [pdf]
- SJSU Transcript
- Other Transcripts
- Minor Form (If Applicable)
Additional Notes
When turning in your graduation application, please have it CLIPPED not stapled.
Please make note of the Registrar's Graduation Application Deadlines.
