If a faculty member feels that a violation of academic dishonesty (cheating and plagiarism), as stipulated in the Academic Integrity Policy (University Policy F15-7). has occurred, they can submit their concern on the Student Conduct and Ethical Development forms page. Faculty can also report all potential violations of the Student Conduct Code.
